Rules and deliverables
Participation rules
- Local legal majority and the official country/territory whitelist and conflict restrictions apply. Mainland China and India are excluded; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are listed. Online does not imply worldwide eligibility; check all official terms.
- Free, no NAS purchase required. Build the core Skill workflow during the contest using supported UGOS tools, Starter Kit and Uliya standards; arbitrary scripts and unsupported direct NAS access are disallowed.
- Authorized third-party models are allowed; local models are encouraged, not mandatory. Disclose AI/tools and components, secure rights and protect privacy; observe independent-creation and support restrictions.
- Registration, text and communications must be English; videos need English narration/subtitles. Round one ends November 15, 23:45 PST; invited finalists alone submit round two by November 30, 23:45 PST.
- User value, differentiation, technical quality and AI NAS fit/validation are equally weighted. Round-one scores do not carry forward. Authors retain ownership, subject to official judging and three-year publicity permissions.
What to prepare
