Participation rules
- Entrants must reach local legal majority. Brazil, Quebec, Russia, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and other legally restricted/sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded, alongside organizer-related parties, judges and conflicts specified in the rules.
- Free entry. Meaningfully combine PayPal sandbox and any AI tool; sponsor tools are optional except for their awards.
- Create a new project or significantly update one during the competition; explain changes and secure third-party rights.
- English materials or translations; licensed public source repository. A working project and free judging access are required.
- Implementation, design, impact, innovation and presentation carry equal weight. Maximum one grand/honorable award plus one sponsor award.
- Creators retain ownership, granting judging/publicity permissions. Winner verification and applicable taxes apply; consult complete official terms.
What to prepare
- Devpost description explaining AI usage and existing-project changes.
- Working demo, setup/testing instructions and licensed public repository.
- Public YouTube demo under three minutes.
