Rules and deliverables

Participation rules

  • Projects must have been piloted or deployed in real-world settings to address sustainable-development challenges.
  • One application form per project, at most two projects per organization. Chinese or English is accepted equally; bilingual applications are encouraged.
  • No application fee. Each email including attachments must be under 20 MB. Receipt is established only by organizer email confirmation.

What to prepare

  • Download and complete the official NIRA application form and send it to event@nira.global.
  • Use subject “AI×SDG2026 Application + Organization Abbreviation + Project Name”; keep email under 20 MB and retain receipt confirmation.
